I have been an instructor for the last 10 years, teaching a variety of yoga styles and Pure Barre. My favorite workouts are those that challenge me! I love to cross-train with all styles of fitness, including Pilates. I love Pilates because it helps deepen my mind-muscle connection & push me in a new way. I also love that there are always moves to work towards as you advance your practice. When I am not teaching, I am working my full time job, traveling, spending time at the lake in summers, golfing, reading, and prioritizing family time.
