I began my Pilates journey working at the front desk of the Evanston location in 2022. After my first class I was immediately hooked! When I began taking classes I found that I loved what it was doing for my body. Moving intentionally with Pilates has helped ease pain from chronic back issues, improved my relationship with my body and my ability to complete day to day task. After taking Pilates classes religiously for about two years I knew that I was committed and I started the process of becoming an instructor. I love doing privates and getting down to the details of what Pilates really is. During my classes I strive to embody the core principles of Pilates-concentration, control, centre, flow, precision and breathing- while also making my classes an enjoyable, inclusive, and educational experience, wanting every one of all walks of life to feel comfortable and welcomed.
