Sharada
Sharada is Bridge Trained, and a Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor through the Club Pilates Teacher Training Program. She is an 18 year practitioner of Pilates. Sharada carries the following philosophies around Pilates that demonstrates her approach as an instructor:

“Pilates is not about working out, it is about understanding our body engineering.”
She loves staying active through playing tennis and Pilates.
