Jennifer
Jennifer is Bridge Trained, and a Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor through the Club Pilates Teacher Training Program. She has ALWAYS loved working out. Cardio, strength training, weight lifting, all the fads - she has done it. Running is her passion. She runs for fitness, mental health and fun. She has ran 5k, 10k, 15k, mud runs and 1/2 marathons. Her proud moment is her sub 1/2 (under 2hr time). At 47, Jennifer literally ran into several hip injuries that stopped her from running. This is where “Pilates found her”. Both her physical therapist and the chiropractor begged her to go. She was hesitant because she knew it is slower moving (she only had one speed, warp). She had never been flexible & therefore never stretched much (big part of the problem). Pilates showed Jennifer that you can stretch & strengthen at the same time. She quickly became a bit obsessed with Pilates, going into the studio six times a week. Jennifer had given thought to becoming an instructor. So when she was laid off in 2020, she took a chance and changed her career path to something she is passionate about. The rest is history. After getting her certification at Club Pilates, she has also got certifications for TRX (suspend) and Barre focused Pilates. Jennifer is so excited to get to know all of you, see you make improvements and reach for you personal goals! She is happy to help you in anyway so that you can “be your best YOU”!
