Ashley has always had a passion for health and wellness. Throughout her life, she has participated in and tried many different forms of exercise to stay physically active.
Her first introduction to Pilates was in high school while doing an at home Pilates VHS tape. Once she took her first group reformer class, she was hooked. Her love for Pilates grew with all of the positive changes she experienced with her mind and body.
When given the opportunity to become a Comprehensively Certified Instructor through Club Pilates, she knew she couldn’t turn it down. Ashley also holds certifications in NCPT (PMA), TRX, Pilates Suspension Method, Barre Above and is a certified Holistic Health Coach. She loves empowering others to live their best life!
