MaryAnn has worked out all her life in various ways, including weight training, aerobic gym classes like Zumba, boxing, and crew racing. She tried Pilates seeking alternative ways to stay active and fit. And she was hooked! She fell in love with the low-impact style and the focus on the core. It was life-changing. After seeing how Pilates changed her body in ways she never thought possible at this point in her fitness journey, MaryAnn decided to become an instructor by taking the 500-hour Club Pilates Comprehensive Teacher Training program. As an instructor, she wants to bring out the best in each person and help them fully realize the benefits of Pilates. She believes she can help anyone discover Pilates to improve their body and mind well-being.
