Training Philosophy:
My approach is centered on holistic philosophy and is geared towards expanding the
client’s appreciation of the necessary attentiveness to breath as well as the mind and
body issues. Pilates is the only exercise format that I’ve found that doesn’t just work the
body but feels good while you do it. It is my desire to share this life-changing experience
with everyone from the person who dislikes the gym to the weekend athlete.
