Adrianne
Instructor
Adrianne is from Brookfield, Ohio where she grew up as a dancer with a passion to help people. Adrianne was on her High School Danceline and also worked at the local dance studio as an instructor in ballet, tap, jazz, kickline, contemporary dance, creative movement, and baton twirling. Using mat Pilates was her favorite method to warm up the body for dance class.
Adrianne took a break from dancing during her college years to obtain a BS in Biology, a MS in Biological and Chemical Life Sciences, and MS in Graphic Design and Digital Imaging, and a PhD in Biochemistry. During the day Adrianne works Clinical Trials for Cancer Research helping to bring health and strength to patients and their families, and by night Adrianne is our newest Apprentice Instructor helping our Pilates clients find health and strength in their bodies.
Since Adrianne saw the free Intro class on Facebook, she has been hooked to reformer Pilates and it has become a regular part of her self-care routine. Reformer Pilates has brought Adrianne back to the memory of her old dancing days. She has seen her body heal from old injuries, get stronger in her core and posture, and reduce the number of visits to her chiropractor. When she isn’t at the studio, Adrianne is out enjoying time with her friends and family.
