Wes Chapman began his love for Pilates and fitness when he was 13 years old. He discovered Pilates thanks to his mom, who believed Pilates could help Wes improve his posture, strength, flexibility, and more as he began to grow - especially for post-rehab of his hip surgery at age 10. Wes’s Pilates mentor became a pivotal influence in both Wes’s physical and mental development. Later, Wes decided he wanted to provide improvement for people’s health and wellness through Pilates and physical training, eventually leading him to earn several certifications and degrees to provide the best quality of knowledge and experience for his clients. Since becoming certified, Wes has helped hundreds of clients with their fitness goals through Pilates and strength training in gyms spanning from the United States to Australia. Amongst Wes’s passion of exercise, Wes is wildly passionate about nutrition. As a former vegan throughout the training of his half-ironman, he gained knowledge and experience about how to perform optimally as an athlete both as an omnivore and vegan. Not only does he possess extensive knowledge and experience, he also has a true care for his clients. Wes is quite an empath and really wants to create an ongoing professional relationship with his clients to help them achieve their health and fitness goals.
