Timla is a lifelong fitness junkie who loves to run, is a tennis addict, and generally enjoys all kinds of workouts. When Timla first tried Pilates, she thought that it was easy. It wasn't until one of her instructors told her that she probably was not doing it right if she thought it was easy. Since then, she was on a mission to “do it right," got extra instruction, and asked lots of questions about queues that she didn’t understand. Finally, she was “getting it!” Timla felt and saw how it changed her body, how much better she felt and how much stronger her tennis serve was! She was hooked! She learned that she doesn't need a high intensity workout where she is killing herself and risking injury to have an amazing workout that works all her muscles and leaves her feeling accomplished, strong and sculpted.
Timla had to know more! She wanted to dive deep for more knowledge into this crazy method called Pilates. So she signed up for Instructor training and after many months and hours of practice, she gets to share her passion with others to help them be the healthiest version of themselves.
