Health and fitness can be fun! My mission is to inspire others to reach their true potential through exploring healthy eating, physical fitness and spirituality.
My passion for fitness and health began as a child through competition in sports. I love all forms of exercise and find enjoyment in all of them, but I found my biggest transformation through Yoga and Pilates.
I work with a full range of people with a focus on slimming down, feeling great and finding balance in the body and mind. By leveraging 20+ years of experience along with numerous fitness and nutritional trainings I customize an experience for each of my clients. I bring intensity, a smile and positive energy to every session.
I grew up in Western New York and have enjoyed time living in Michigan, Northern Charlotte and now in the Virginia Beach area with husband Chad. I have two kids finishing up College in New York Alex, 23 and Abby 21. When not working I enjoy jogging, healthy cooking, painting and spending time with family, friends and my two dogs.
