Linda is living her dream—helping others achieve their health and fitness goals through Pilates. She discovered Pilates while looking to improve her running and quickly saw its full-body benefits. With over 25 years in the fitness industry, Linda is a Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach through ACE, and completed 500 hours of Pilates training with Club Pilates. Her classes are fun, focused, and designed to build confidence, strength, and body awareness. Outside the studio, Linda enjoys biking, running, and sunshine. Among her achievements: completing an Olympic Triathlon and a 100-mile bike ride.
