Jennifer began her fitness journey in 2007 as a group instructor, leading a variety of cardio and strength-based classes. In 2010, she discovered Pilates and was immediately drawn to its unique approach. The results came quickly—increased strength, flexibility, body awareness, and a more toned physique.
