Sofia Sallee

Instructor
Sofia’s passion for movement and holistic wellness is at the heart of her teaching. With a Bachelor’s degree in Human Physiology and a minor in Business from Gonzaga University, she combines her deep understanding of biomechanics with her lifelong background in classical ballet to create dynamic, effective, and balanced workouts. Currently pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Nutrition, Sofia believes in the power of movement, mindfulness, and nutrition to transform the body from the inside out. Pilates became a life-changing practice for Sofia during her own personal health journey in college. Through intentional movement, prioritizing nutrition, and a non-toxic lifestyle, she found true strength-both physically and mentally. She now brings that same passion to her classes, blending classical Pilates with athletic fusion and ballet-inspired elements to help clients build lean muscle, improve balance and flexibility, and feel strong in their everyday lives. Sofia’s teaching style is clear, challenging, and results-driven, maximizing every moment in the studio. Her descriptive verbal cues and vivid imagery ensure clients can connect deeply with their movements, feeling each exercise in an intuitive and effective way. Expect to leave her class refreshed, sweaty, and stronger than when you walked in! Outside of Pilates, Sofia enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, and continuously learning about holistic health practices. Her goal is to empower clients to move with intention, build resilience, and embrace wellness in all aspects of life. Join Sofia for a class and experience the transformative power of Pilates!
