Francesca has always enjoyed the many benefits of physical exercise. She started working in the fitness industry in 2005 as a Personal Fitness Trainer and Certified Yoga Instructor. Over the years, she added certifications for Group Fitness and TRX and completed significant coursework in human anatomy. After attaining a certificate in Mat Pilates in 2018, she was excited to continue her education by completing a comprehensive certification in 2020 through Club Pilates. Francesca believes exercise is the key to remaining fit and strong in body and mind. Her experiences through the years have honed her attention to good form and alignment. She enjoys helping students improve their fitness level and maintain strength and functionality for life
