Nicole has been teaching Pilates for 11 years. She discovered her passion for movement at an early age training in classical and contemporary dance. While in performing arts high school, she was introduced to Pilates and fell in love with how it helped improve flexibility, balance and core. She went on to college for her BFA in modern dance and kept up her Pilates practice during that time. She started instructor training in 2013.
Nicole is comprehensively certified through Peak Pilates. She consistently continue learning so she can grow with her clients. Nicole not only understands the physical benefits of Pilates but how movement can aid your mental health. Having these struggles herself, she can personally attest to how important a form of mind-body exercise like Pilates improves her overall health.
