Katie has a passion for people and wellness, and is excited to bring those two passions together while teaching Pilates. She firmly believes that regular movement is one of the best ways to achieve overall wellness, nurturing one's mind, body, and soul. Katie's past life as an athlete is what led her to Pilates. She first recognized the incredible benefits of Pilates during Physical Therapy and quickly knew Pilates would be a part of her life forever. Now, after years of practicing Pilates, Barre, and other fitness modalities, Katie is excited to share her passion for Pilates with others. Whether in a group setting or in a private session, you'll find rehabilitative elements in each class as Katie aims to provide each and every student with the tools to reach their fitness goals and overall well-being. Katie creates fun, efficient, and effective workouts, focusing on proper form, quality movements, strengthening and stretching muscles, improving posture, and flexibility to lead everyone towards a life full of mobility and balance. She is dedicated to continuing her education and honing her skills in order to give her clients the most effective workout their body needs.
