Meet Cyndi, our vibrant instructor at Club Pilates Grand Blanc, whose passion for fitness, education, and community shines through in every class. With a background in group fitness and a profound love for helping others achieve their wellness goals, Cyndi is dedicated to creating dynamic Pilates sessions that emphasize core strength, stability, and body awareness. Her journey to Pilates began with a personal health challenge, as she sought to increase mobility and range of motion while managing Rheumatoid Arthritis. Discovering the transformative power of Pilates, Cyndi not only found relief but also found her calling as an instructor.
Having been a founding member of Club Pilates Clarkston, Cyndi experienced firsthand the sense of belonging and support that Club Pilates fosters within its community. Now, she is eager to extend that same sense of encouragement and empowerment to her students at Club Pilates Grand Blanc. Cyndi's classes are not just workouts; they are uplifting experiences where clients are motivated to push their limits safely, knowing they are supported every step of the way. Family is also at the heart of her life, as she cherishes spending time with her husband, two adult children, and their mischievous Frenchie, Frankie.
