Tricia
Tricia started Pilates with her mom a little after her mom was diagnosed with Parkinson’s. Her mom wanted Tricia to exercise with her so she took her to a Pilates class. It was at first about spending time with her mom and hoping to tone up her own body as well...a win win for both of them. After two classes, Tricia decided she loved Pilates and wanted to become an instructor so she started the Teacher Training program through Club Pilates. Tricia also teaches 6th grade math as her current full-time job so she was excited to be expanding her teaching career in a different platform. She has learned over time that Pilates is more for her than just quality time with her mom and helping her mom exercise her way through Parkinson’s. It has been a huge help on Tricia's mental health as well. Pilates has made Tricia feel better both mentally and physically.
