Margaret
Margaret has always been passionate about health and lifestyle. She grew up swimming, water skiing, and canoeing during her childhood. After the birth of her first child, undoing post pregnancy weight and regaining a healthier lifestyle became her focus and she began her journey hitting the gyms going to Zumba, Yoga, spinning classes, and dance. With many years in healthcare and her own journey as her children were growing up, she wanted to instill in them the importance of health and taking care of their bodies and began walking and running with them. Margaret came to Pilates after a surgery to assist in rebuilding flexibility and strength and was hooked from day one. With years of teaching in many aspects , she decided to pursue her Pilates Instructor Certification and do what she loves best and assist others in finding health and well-being. Margaret’s passion for helping others carries over to the studio and works to assist clients in providing challenges but honoring their bodies at the same time. When she isn’t in the studio, she is most likely at a TCU game wither her oldest daughter (20), at the softball field with her youngest daughter (16), or on the baseball field with her son (10). She and her husband spend their moments together ballroom dancing and taking dance lessons each week.
