She found Pilates in college where she studied to be a nurse. The low impact on the body and restorative movements of Pilates captured her attention. She encouraged others to join her and even video conferenced friends if they couldn’t make it in person. She believes that community makes a huge difference in accomplishing your goals and that working together is more fun and builds accountability.
