Sheron has been a practitioner of Pilates for 20 years. Suffering from sporadic back pain since her teenage years, she was blessed to find Pilates and immediately fell in love with how it made her feel, but more importantly discovered that a regular practice is critical for her to maintain a healthy and functional spine. Because of how the method impacted her life, she decided she had to share her love of Pilates with others and completed a comprehensive instructor training program with Balanced Body, a highly respected global program that includes 500 hours of training on both mat and apparatus as well as anatomy. She went on to gain her National Certification (NCPT) as well as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist certification (PCES). Sheron is passionate about helping clients feel better and move better in their body. She challenges her clients to work hard and take their practice to the next level so that they feel and see the benefits of the method. When she is not in the studio, Sheron is often playing tennis or pickleball, hiking, cooking up a new recipe in the kitchen, or working her “day” job in the biopharmaceutical industry.
