Kerry has been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years helping people of all ages and abilities discover the benefits of regular exercise and find that "Fit Feels Best." She is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise instructor and holds certifications with ACSM, AFAA, TRX, Tabata Boot Camp and Silver Sneakers. She has experience teaching group classes in aerobics, cycling, TRX, kettlebell, muscle conditioning, yoga and mat Pilates. Kerry was excited to discover the reformer and EXO chair and find how that kind of Pilates workout makes the body respond in yet another way. She is excited to join Club Pilates because of the variety of classes offered. Kerry is very attuned to the physical limitations we all have and is eager to help clients modify movements to find success while still being challenged.
