Pilates came into my life when I needed it most, allowing me to shift my focus back to my wellness journey. The Pilates principles should be the basic foundation of living, but the fast-paced modern world can make it challenging to maintain unless you integrate them into your everyday life. Breathing, concentration, centering, control, precision, and flow is my mantra.
Being able to share this practice with others and allowing them to incorporate functional movements into their daily lives is a gift. Pilates is a lifestyle where all are welcome, and I embrace the opportunity to teach a variety of amazing humans! This low-impact exercise allows for incremental gains and a glowing sense of achievement when a client reaches a new level of talent within their body. Witnessing clients unlock their inner and outer strength, mobility, flexibility, and lengthening is why I teach Pilates. There is nothing like seeing a client transform and grow into the best version of themselves.
