Michelle was trained through Power Pilates for beginning, intermediate, and advanced mat and through Club Pilates for comprehensive. She is also a certified yoga instructor 200RYT, a member of the Yoga Alliance, and received the following certifications through the American Council on Exercise: Group Fitness (93), Personal Training (96), Health Coach (19).
