Megan began practicing Pilates in 2017 as a way to complement her strength training and weight lifting regimen, but instantly fell in love with this exciting, challenging new way to move her body. Pilates was the game changer to becoming the happier & healthier version of herself that was dying to get out! With a BFA in Theatre from Texas State University, Megan utilizes her creative side to bring you a fun and inventive flow every week. If you love staying on your toes and working the obliques as much as she does, Megan is the instructor for you!
