Meg T.
Instructor
A student at Northeastern University, Meg is studying Speech Language Pathology & Audiology with a minor in American Sign Language (ASL). An expressive violinist who is also fluent in Spanish, Meg believes strongly that clear communication is vital – and an art.
An athlete – Meg began her athletic career at a young age – running and swimming in elementary school – running cross country and track in middle and high school. When Meg was diagnosed with POTS (A high heart rate and fainting disorder) during her Senior year of high school, she took action. What would have been a devastating diagnosis for many resulted in a meaningful new fitness plan for Meg – one that included Pilates.
Class participants will find Meg’s even, steady tone centering and will enjoy Meg’s clear cueing. Class participants will benefit from Meg’s strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, which results in her providing meaningful explanations about how and why specific exercises should be done. A firm believer that everyone can benefit from Pilates, Meg is hoping to share her love of Pilates with all members of the community!
