Kristin fell in love with pilates after having lots of pain in her own body. It was actually recommended by her physician. Doing pilates alleviated all her pain and low back issues. Building a core and muscle tone to the areas that are supportive. The breathing is so restorative for the whole body, mind and spirit. It is perfect for anybody! In teaching pilates Kristin loves the teaching aspect of really showing people the aspects of pilates. She is really into breath work and slowing down the movements. Proper form and alignment is something every person needs. She’s often found trying to bring awareness of posture and breathing to her children ;)
