Connie’s love for Pilates grew from personal triumphs she experienced from her own practice. For over 40 years, Connie struggled with debilitating hip and low back pain, with most forms of exercise often worsening it. In 2021, she was invited to a Pilates class and soon experienced less pain, felt stronger and became more mobile. Realizing the significant impact Pilates had on her body, Connie decided to become a teacher to help others discover its benefits.
As a teacher, Connie’s passion is to help members not only learn Pilates movements and principles but also understand how to integrate them into their daily lives. Focusing on proper alignment, core strength, and mindful movement, Connie helps members develop habits that improve their posture, balance, and overall body awareness. Members in her classes fully experience life-changing benefits that directly impact their everyday activities, giving them the tools they need to improve their daily lives.
