Madeline was introduced to the Pilates method in 2012 after giving birth to her
daughter. A local fitness center offered Pilates as part of the family membership.
After the first lesson, she knew this would be a part of her future. She loved how it
made her feel after each session; longer, stronger, and more agile.
Part of her fitness journey included joining a local run club, yoga and indoor cycling.
In 2014 she become a ACE certified Personal Trainer. It soon became a passion
working with individuals one on one, helping them to achieve their fitness goals. She
has worked with a variety of clients, including some with injuries. It was then she
knew the Pilates method could assist her clients in returning to optimal physical
condition.
She chose to develop her skills under a Balance Body teacher training program,
which has taught her to slow down and breathe, the first and most important Pilates
principle.
