In 2008, Valinda attended her first Pilates class and instantly developed a passion for it. Initially incorporating Pilates into her routine as cross-training for distance running and long hikes, her journey with pilates extended through pregnancy and post-surgery rehabilitations. She has witnessed firsthand the numerous benefits and healing effects of this exercise method. Valinda decided to undergo teacher training to assist others in achieving their unique fitness goals and overcoming their personal challenges. She continues to expand her knowledge of the body and finds joy in guiding others through movement for growth and healing.
