Shellie graduated from UCLA with a business degree and began her career in finance. However, after a few years of sitting at a desk all day, she started feeling the physical effects of a sedentary lifestyle. That realization led her to make a change and pursue fitness—specifically Pilates. She quickly fell in love with how it made her feel and the confidence it gave her, inspiring her to help others experience the same benefits. After two years of training, Shellie became a fully certified Pilates instructor through Balanced Body and has been teaching for three years. Trained in all Pilates apparatuses, she is passionate about helping people feel stronger, move better, and gain confidence in their bodies. For her, the most rewarding part of teaching is seeing clients progress and feel good in their skin.
