Barbara first tried Pilates after a friend encouraged her to take a class at a newly opened Club Pilates studio and she quickly fell in love. Inspired by her own personal journey Barbara felt compelled to share this amazing method and so enrolled in teacher training in 2017. Now comprehensively certified she is dedicated to providing fun, full body workouts designed to help clients reap the many benefits of Pilates including increased flexibility and strength, improved posture and stress relief.
