Fitness has been an important part of Tina's life since her childhood. When her daughter left for college, Tina tried Pilates to fill the gap left by no longer attending games 3-5 nights a week. She was immediately hooked as Pilates provided a strengthening, toning, challenging workout limiting wear and tear on joints beat up after years of sports and fitness. Interested to learn more, she completed the training to became certified in reformer and mat Pilates. She has also completed the Club Pilates 500 hour certification process and holds a Pilates suspension method condensed foundation certificate.
When she's not teaching or working her "day job", Tina enjoys time with her family, traveling and anything outdoors.
Tina loves challenging her clients while supporting them on their fitness journey.
