Ashley Mitchell
Ashley, a Balanced Body Comprehensive trained instructor, has always been captivated by the power of movement. She fell in love with Pilates over 10 years ago noticing its unique ability to transform her body and alleviate neck and back pain. Witnessing improved posture and enhanced daily activities, Ashley embarked on a journey to share this gift with others. She began her Pilates education in 2020 under the guidance of Jennifer Gianni. Today, her greatest joy lies in witnessing the progress and positive changes Pilates brings to her clients' lives each day. Ashley's classes come alive with her curated playlists, creative flows, and subtle touches of barre-inspired movements.
