Nicole
Lead Instructor
Nicole has an extensive background in human anatomy, exercise, and health and wellness. She is originally from Georgetown, TX, and lived in Vail, CO for 9 years, where she was introduced to Pilates. After a back injury, she found Pilates and TRX to be an effective way to rehab both pre and post surgery. In 2006, she had the privilege to study and teach with Rael Isacowitz at BASI headquarters in Costa Mesa, CA, where she lived for 9 years. She is a Master Certified Health Coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, Certified Massage Therapist, Gyrotonic Level 1 Instructor, and has a B.S. in Exercise and Sport Sciences. Her love of health and wellness translates into offering safe, functional movement workouts. She loves that Club Pilates offers so many apparatus to achieve this goal! When not teaching or coaching, you will find her spending time with her husband, Travis, and their two pre-teen boys, Josiah and Noah. She loves the outdoors, community, and connecting with people over a cup of tea. Nicole teaches group classes and is available for private training. She looks forward to seeing you in the studio!
