I have been a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer since 2013. I have taught many different formats and worked with people at all different places on their fitness journey. I believe that being fit is not just how you look and feel physically. It is about feeling good about yourself from the inside out. Pilates is all about connecting your mind, body and breath.
