With over a decade of experience in Group Fitness and a deep-rooted passion for Pilates, my goal as your instructor is to help you build strength and connect with your body in a whole new way. With a background in human kinetics, wellness, mental health, and healthcare, I bring a unique approach to each session. Together, we’ll focus on precise movement, enhancing core stability, and integrating mindful breathing, creating a workout that challenges you and leaves you feeling balanced and revitalized.
