Dinee is a fitness instructor with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. She is also a life insurance agent and has a deep understanding of the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Dinee is a certified Pilates instructor who trained with Balanced Body. She is also a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, trained in Vinyasa, Aerial, and Yin Yoga. Additionally, Dinee is a certified personal trainer with AFAA. An active and competitive runner, Dinee was sidelined by an injury in 2015 but regained her strength through Pilates. When not in the studio, you will find her working on her insurance business, skiing, scuba diving, and rock climbing.
