Danni found her way to Pilates as a complement to PT following a back injury. Pilates not only helped her regain her mobility, strength and balance; it got her feeling and moving better than she had before the injury. After 20 years of practicing Yoga, Danni caught the Pilates bug and became hooked - so much so that she took the leap to become an instructor through the CP Teacher Training Program. Danni believes that Pilates is for everybody and every body is a Pilates body.
