Diana
Diana started her journey with Pilates during covid in 2020 realizing a need for a new exercise routine to rebuild the strength and muscles around her joints. Being a former runner and basketball player with injuries led her to a total knee replacement in 2013. Seven years later she was still challenged with flexion and kneeling. Upon the first Pilates class she was hooked. Very quickly she was able to kneel comfortably do a z-sit and found what core strength is all about. Upon retirement after a 32 year career with Medtronic where she worked with physicians to implant pacemakers and defibrillators helping save lives, she quickly realized her next chapter in life. She followed her passion of loving Pilates by training to become a Pilates Instructor. “My goal is to facilitate flow and movement, and to help each person achieve what their body needs for the given day! Have fun and give your body some needed love and energy!”
