Kallie Hardy

Certified Pilates Instructor
Hi! My name is Kallie Hardy and I’m thrilled to be part of the Club Pilates family here in Scottsdale. My love of the warm weather and sunshine recently brought me to Arizona, and even after spending my first summer here, I will still gladly take 115° temperatures over snow any day. My childhood consisted of moving from Denver, to Boston, to London, finally landing in Salt Lake City, Utah, where I attended the University of Utah. It was there, during my junior year, when I needed to add an elective class to my schedule, that I signed up for my first reformer Pilates class. And the rest is history! I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Strategic Communications and started a job at working a boutique advertising agency in Salt Lake City. For the first couple years after graduation, my workout routine did a complete 180° turn and I started attending spin classes and doing other high-intensity exercise. Though I knew I was getting a good workout, I missed the benefits and the full-body training I got from Pilates. I signed up for an intro class at a Club Pilates studio in Salt Lake City, and walked in already planning to sign up for a membership before the class even started. After regularly attending classes for a couple years, I decided to enroll in the Teacher Training program through Club Pilates to further my personal practice and knowledge. I’ve always been fascinated with how Pilates movements can pinpoint specific muscle groups that often get neglected, and how isometric holds or tiny movements can be some of the hardest. It’s so rewarding to be able to crank up the music and share my love of a fun and challenging workout with clients and watch as they get stronger and even start to notice the changes in their own bodies. Pushing through the burn on the last rep is where the change starts to happen! Pilates has gone from a workout, to a passion, to a lifestyle for me, and nothing has been better than getting to share it with all of you!
