Susan
Susan has suffered from spinal issues and began Pilates over 20 years to improve her flexibility and reduce back pain. Her successful results made her an advocate and led to her strong desire to educate others on the benefits and methods of Pilates. Susan obtained her Pilates certification through Club Pilates in 2022 & loves to teach group classes in studio today! In her free time, Susan also enjoys staying active biking and swimming.
So many amazing Pilates instructors are born as a result of rehabbing their own injuries. This can really lead to a passion to help others experience a pain-free life as well! We are so glad to have Susan on board to do just that!!! Catch Susan’s classes every other Sunday from 12pm-3pm!
