Gina is a Bridge-Trained and Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor through Club Pilates, as well as a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NPCP) since 2022. Her journey in the world of health and wellness spans over decades, with a rich background in coaching competitive gymnastics and cheerleading, personal and group fitness, and most recently, Pilates. Reflecting on her career in coaching and fitness, Gina finds that her true motivation has never been tied to a specific sport or activity. Instead, it lies in witnessing the transformative power of fitness on her clients. She believes that through exercise, individuals experience remarkable growth both physically and spiritually. Improved self-confidence, stronger relationships, and becoming the best version of oneself are just some of the incredible outcomes of embracing a healthy lifestyle. Gina holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences degree in Nonprofit and Community Resource Management from the University of North Texas, along with an academic certification in Human Development and Coaching of Sport from the University of Wisconsin, Green Bay. Her dedication to ongoing education within the Pilates realm fuels her passion for learning. Most recently, she completed John Garey’s Pilates It Factor Certification, as well as a Neuro Pilates certification from the Neuro Studio, specializing in working with clients who have sustained brain injuries or are living with neurological conditions such as MS, Parkinson’s, and ALS.
