Ways to Franchise Internationally
Master Franchise
Master franchisees are awarded the exclusive rights to open multiple studios within a defined geographic region or an entire country. Master franchisees open and operate their own Club Pilates studios and additionally, they sub-franchise studios to qualified operators within the defined territory.
With a cost-effective footprint of less than 200 square meters and a proven and profitable business model, Club Pilates is a franchise opportunity that will appeal to the evolving needs of consumers worldwide.
International master franchisees will receive extensive initial and ongoing training and support from our experienced team of fitness, marketing, sales, operations and franchising professionals.
Master Franchisee Requirements
- Extensive experience in the market with fitness, franchising, multi-unit retail, or another growth-oriented business
- Access to investment capital of up to $1,000,000 USD or higher
- A high degree of enthusiasm for Club Pilates
- A growth and sales mentality
- The desire and ability to manage an outstanding team, and to lead a diverse network of franchisees
- Long term vision and desire to develop a whole region or market to its fullest potential and commit to a multi-year area development schedule (15-100 units depending on the size of the area covered)
- The ability to focus 100% attention on the Master Franchisee and pilot studio launch and initial growth of the business.
Area Developer
As an Area Developer, you will have the opportunity to own and operate multiple Club Pilates studios within a defined geographic area, but do not have the ability to sub-franchise. This option is typically available where the target number of studios for the territory is less than ten.

- Successful multi-unit development and operations experience
- Experience negotiating commercial real estate leases
- Access to investment capital of $1,000,000 USD or higher
- A high degree of enthusiasm for Club Pilates
- A growth and sales mentality.
Sub Franchise
In markets where there is an established Master Franchisee for the brand requested, sub-franchising opportunities may be available.
