Carlee Sachs-Krook (she/they) has taught Pilates since 2018 to help people of all ages and mobility levels achieve their unique fitness goals, including improved flexibility, strength, and balance. Informed by her 10+ years as a dancer and dance educator, she uses a combination of vivid imagery and individualized feedback to help clients sharpen their mind-body connection so that they can move through their everyday lives with confidence and ease. In particular, she is curious about how play and joy can be incorporated in Pilates to enhance the learning process and heal the body. Carlee is a working towards her comprehensive Balanced Body teaching certification and is a certified Club Pilates instructor. She also holds a BFA in Dance and an MA in American Dance Studies.
